We are looking for YOU! #LakesideVillage

Lakeside Village is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team of associates!

BASIC FUNCTION:
Provide maintenance services to the shopping center.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Check and clean all service yards for loose debris/tenant items.
• Maintain service yards of debris, stains, and weeds
• Monitor trash disposal and proper use of grease containers.
• Assist porter with litter removal throughout the day
• Ensure all vendors are performing work in accordance with the maintenance schedule
• Spot cleaning and leveling of pavers as necessary
• Pressure washing various areas per schedule
• Maintain a professional manner and appearance at all times.
• Maintains good relations with tenants, vendors, coworkers, and patrons
• This position requires being on call to provide maintenance services during nights and weekends as required

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
1. 1+ years' experience in general maintenance role preferred
2. Valid Driver's license
3. Ability to complete forms and communicate well with tenants and vendors
4. Ability to use general office equipment and computerized documentation system/email for requests receipt and response
5. Knowledge of and strict adherence to using personal protection equipment (safety gear) when and where required (i.e. safety goggles, steel tip safety boots, ear protection, dust mask, etc. for self and supervised staff)
